Got this out of a Kraft recipe book sometime ago. It is a fast and easy dish. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 3/4 cups water |
2/3 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
2 cups minute white rice, uncooked |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium high heat and drain. 2. Add water, ketchup and mustard. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Stir in rice, Sprinkle with cheese, cover. 5. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. 6. Stir. |
