hamburger makings in a refrigerator biscuit pocket Quick Meal! Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 (16 1/3 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup cheddar and american blend cheese (4 oz)
16 dill pickle slices
1 egg, beaten, if desired
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, if desired
Directions:
1. BROWN beef and onion; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
2. PRESS or roll each biscuit to 6-inch round. (if using the cheapy biscuits, use 2 and make a circle).
3. Fill with rounded 1/4 cup beef mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 pickle slices.
4. Fold dough over filling and press to seal.
5. Make 3 small slits in top of each.
6. Place on large ungreased cookie sheet.
7. If desired, brush tops with egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.
8. BAKE at 375°F 17 to 21 minutes or until deep golden brown.
