A hearty and delicious beef pie with a cheesy crust topping. Mashed spuds, a warm dinner roll and your favorite vegetable compliment this entree very nicely. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
70 g lipton onion soup mix (one envelope) |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup original bisquick baking mix |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. 2. Cook beef and onion soup mix over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour over beef mixture and cheese. 4. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
