This is Yummylicious Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion |
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained |
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine the ground beef, milk, egg, garlic and seasoning in a bowl; blend well. 2. Press the beef mixture evenly on the bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. 3. Layer with the ketchup, chopped onion, olives, and cheese. 4. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. 5. Sprinkle with the parsley and cut into wedges. 6. Serve cheeseburger pie hot. |
