For when you want to know EXACTLY what's in your home-helped hamburger. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 3/4 cups water |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 cups macaroni, uncooked |
8 ounces cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Shred cheese, or cut into 1/2 cubes. 2. Brown beef in skillet, and drain. 3. Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8-10 min or until macaroni is tender. 4. Stir in cheese; cook until melted, stirring occasionally. |
