Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
16 white stuffing mushroom caps
8 slices cheddar cheese, cut into 2 inch squares
ketchup (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Cook 1/4 cup finely chopped onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil until softened. Stir in 1/2 pound ground beef and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper and cook until barely pink.
2. Fill 16 white stuffer mushrooms. Top each with a 2-inch square of sliced cheddar cheese.
3. Bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes. Dollop with ketchup.
