Okay, so whenever I tell anyone I ate a cheese waffle for breakfast they think I am disgusting but they are so good! Me and my mom are obsessed with them. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups milk |
2 eggs, seperated |
1/2 cup oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, milk, egg yolks, oil, and salt. 2. Just before baking fold in baking powder and stiffly beaten egg whites. 3. Pour batter into waffle iron and sprinkle as much shredded cheese as you desire on top of the batter. |
