A quick snack or emergency appetizer. Ingredients:
50g/2oz butter, softened |
10g/4oz grated parmesan cheese |
150g/6oz rice flour |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tsp paprika |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except paprika 2. Take a spoonful of dough and roll it between your hands shhaping it into a thin sausage, then twist 3. Place the twists on an oiled baking tray, (or use baking parchment if you are watching your fat intake) 4. Sprinkle the twists with paprika 5. Bake in a preheated oven 350F/180C/Gas Mark4 for 10-12 minutes |
