These look very colourful on an appetizer tray at Christmas Ingredients:
1 (250 g) package cheddar cheese |
1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon port wine |
1 teaspoon grated pepper |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
parsley |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Chill 2-3 hours to blend flavours. 3. Shape, working quickly, into one inch balls. 4. Roll 1/3 in chopped parsley, and 1/3 in paprika, keeping 1/3 plain. 5. Arrange on a tray and serve with crackers. |
