Originally used for broiled tilapia, but also amazing on top of any fish, chicken or steak. It's easy to cut fat and calories on the butter and mayo. You can omit or lessen the amount of butter or breadcrumbs and this still tastes great. Spice it up with your favorite seasonings. This amount covers 4 pieces of meat. Ingredients:
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup butter, softened (less or omit) |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Put on top of cooked fish or meat. 3. Broil 2-3 minutes. |
