Ingredients:

1/2 gallon homemade cottage cheese

5 eggs

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups sugar

2/3 cup cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch nutmeg

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spread over coffee cake dough #40265 after it has risen.
3. Bake as directed in coffee cake recipe.
