Ingredients:
5 slices bread |
1 cup cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon flour |
1 pinch baking soda |
1 pinch turmeric powder |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix together cheese, flour, red chilli powder, soda, salt, turmeric powder and egg. 2. Spread this mixture evenly on the slices of bread. 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the slices of bread till golden brown. 4. These slices can also be baked instead of being fried. |
