Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups ricotta cheese |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained |
1 1/2 jars spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix together eggs, cheeses and spices until combined. 2. Fill each shell with approximately 1/3 cup of cheese mixture. 3. Place filled shells in a 9 x 13-inch pan. 4. Pour sauce over shells. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. |
