A really tasty little sandwich which is quick and easy to throw together. And it claims to be only 215 calories per serving! Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup diced tomato |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
2 teaspoons chopped chives |
2 teaspoons shredded romano cheese |
1 dash oregano |
1 dash garlic powder |
salt |
pepper |
1 pita bread, halved |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 9 ingredients. 2. Stuff into pita halves. 3. Serve cold or bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. |
