Cheese Stuffed Hungarian Peppers |

This is a fantabulous recipe that I've grown up with and absolutely love love love. You absolutely have to make it with good quality Hungarian peppers. Ingredients:
1- 1/2 lb riccata cheese |
1 lb mozarella cheese, shredded |
1/2 c parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp parsley |
1 tbs oil |
1 - 2 gloves of garlic, pressed (to taste) |
12 hungarian peppers, cleaned |
Directions:
1. Mix all cheeses together. 2. Add salt, parsley, and garlic - mix well. 3. Stuff peppers with cheese mixture. 4. Place on foil lined baking sheet. 5. Drizzle oil on peppers. 6. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. |
