Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers |

Very good meatless main dish! Ingredients:
2 -3 bell peppers, any color |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 cup feta cheese |
1 egg yolk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Halve or quater the peppers lengthwise,depending on their size. 3. Remove seeds and ribs and brush skins lightly with olive oil. 4. Arrange,hollow sides up on crumpled foil (so they stay in place) in a roasting pan. 5. In a medium bowl blend cheese with sour cream,egg yolk and seasonings-spoon it into pepper cavities. 6. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly puffed and brown. |
