Ingredients:
1/2 lb cheese, grated (very sharp n.y. cheese) |
1/2 lb butter |
1 teaspoon red pepper (scant) |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and cheese. Add salt , pepper and flour. 2. Mix well. 3. Roll thin. 4. Cut in desired shapes. 5. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven until very light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. |
