Appetizers with pantry staples. Ingredients:
3 loaves bread, inexpensive and soft |
1/2 lb butter, room-temperature |
1/2 lb margarine, room-temperature |
3/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Remove all crusts. 2. Roll the bread until very thin. 3. Blend cheese with butter and margarine **room temperature**. 4. Spread the mixture onto the bread. 5. Roll diagonally. 6. Bake at 325* - 350* until lightly brown. 7. Approx times: 5 - 10 minutes. |
