Cheese Spinach Finger Food |

An appetizer my aunt makes. Ingredients:
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained as pkg directs. |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup sifted flour |
1 # monterey jack cheese cut into cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Pour into greased 7 by 11 inch pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 4. Cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares. 5. Serve at room temperature. |
