My DH taught me this recipe. He made it up when he was younger. Again, very easy and tasty! We serve it over garden peas, but it is also delicious over baked potatoes or just about anything you would like to try it on. You can adjust the cheesiness of it by adding more or less cheese. Ingredients:
1/2 package dry onion soup mix |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
cheddar cheese, diced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. 2. Heat till cheese is melted. 3. Serve over garden peas, baked or mashed potatoes or meats. |
