This is a great cheese sauce for over veggys. I love it over broccoli or aspargus. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 cup milk |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
Directions:
1. Cook butter, onion and flour together. 2. Add milk, cook until thickened. 3. Add cheese and paprika. 4. Simmer until cheese melts. 5. Serve over steamed vegetables. |
