This recipe is from the box of white Wings' Cornflour. Its a simple recipe - just 5 minutes from start to finish! For a gluten free version-please ensure the cornflour used is labelled as gluten free. Currently White Wings Cornflour is GF in Australia Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon cornflour (us cornstarch) |
1 cup milk |
3 tablespoons grated cheese |
1 pinch dry mustard |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. 2. Stir in the flour and cook one minute. 3. Gradually add the milk(remove from the heat as required). 4. Simmer 2 minutes. You must stir constantly at this point. 5. Add the cheese and seasoning to taste. 6. Enjoy! |
