Ingredients:
180 g grated parmesan or any hard cow's cheese |
1 large, or 2 middle apples, peeled and chopped or grated |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 middle fresh carrot, grated |
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
1/2 cup walnuts |
dressing |
3/4 cup mayonnaise (maybe more or less) |
juice from 1/2 lemon |
salt, pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine grated cheese, apples, onion, eggs and carrot. Combine dressing ingredients and add to the cheese mixture, mix well. Garnish with crushed walnuts and refrigerate for 1 hour, serve. |
