Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper; add cheese, mixing well. 2. Combine eggs, milk, and oil; mix well. Pour over top of cheese mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. 3. Spoon mixture into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. |
