Cheese appetizer Ingredients:
3/4 cup ricotta cheese |
3 egg yolks |
1 egg white |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 tablespoon rose water |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. 2. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a prepared cookie sheet, preferably lined with silicone paper. 3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. 4. When the puffs have risen, brush them with rosewater and sprinkle with sugar 5. Return to oven until golden. |
