Ingredients:
2 pound(s) frozen hash browns |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 can(s) mushroom or cream of chicken soup |
2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup(s) milk |
1/2 cup(s) melted butter |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cmbine soup, milk, butter and sour cream. Set aside. Combine potatoes, salt and cheese. Stir in cream mixture and stir until well-mixed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45-60 minutes, until bubbly. |
