Another version of cheesy potatoes without a lot of work. Hope you enjoy it! Ingredients:
1 pint half-and-half cream |
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed |
1/2 cup butter |
2 lbs ore ida hash browns, thawed |
Directions:
1. Heat half & half, Velveeta, and butter over low hear until melted. 2. Put potatoes in 9x13 pan. 3. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes; gently stir. 4. Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
