This recipe is an adaptation of a recipe found on Granny's Recipe web-site. The height of comfort food! Ingredients:
12 potatoes, made into mashed potatoes |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
2 beaten eggs |
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes and mash. 2. In a saucepan cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and salt until smooth. 3. Stir into potatoes. 4. Fold into eggs. 5. Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish. 6. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. |
