This recipe goes with Braised Chicken with Pepper Sauce and Cheese Polenta Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cornmeal |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 cups water |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Place cornmeal and salt in a large saucepan. Gradually add water, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and stir in cheese. |
