Ingredients:
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 slices
48 triscuit crackers
3/4 cup pesto sauce
1/2 of a small red pepper, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Cut each cheese slice diagonally in half.
2. Spread each cracker with 1/2 tsp of the pesto.
3. Top each cracker with one cheese triangle and small dollop of the remaining pesto, sprinkle evenly with peppers.
