Another one from my mom. Good and easy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 cup flour |
pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cream butter, cheese, salt, and pepper together. 3. Beat in flour until smooth. 4. Roll into small balls and press a pecan half on each to flatten. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
