This came from Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution. I have not tried this posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese |
6 eggs |
3 tablespoons soya powder |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
oil |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Heat oiled griddle until very hot. Drop batter by tablespoons onto griddle. Brown on both sides. |
