As the cheese melts on the grill, the flavors blend. A great opener for an outdoor meal.
Ingredients:
8 oz block of muenster cheese
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
sesame seeds to cover on all sides
Directions:
1. Combine mustard and soy sauce.
2. Place cheese in a grill-proof dish that isn’t much bigger than the block of cheese.
3. Spread mustard mixture around top and sides.
4. Sprinkle liberally with seeds.
5. Place on grill away from direct heat, close lid, and cook until just melted.
6. Serve with a knife or spoon and crackers or slices of French bread
