Egg white omelet Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
1 tbls cheddar cheese, shreddred |
Directions:
1. oat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. 2. Pour the egg whites into a pan and cook until the edges begin to set. Gently lift the edges of the omelet with a spatula, tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg mizture to come in contact with the pan. Sprinkle the cheese onto the middle of the eggs, loosen the omelet with a spatula, and fold in half over the cheese. Cook until the cheese melts. Carefully slide the omelet onto a plate and serve. |
