If you love olives, this warm dip is a must try it contaiins both pimiento-stuffed and ripe olives. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups pimiento-stuffed olives, finely chopped |
1 cup shredded mozzarell cheese |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
3/4 cup pitted ripe olives finely chopped |
2 small green onion, finely chopped |
corn chips |
assorted crackers |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl 2. Stir well 3. Spoon inot an ungreased shallow 1 quart baking dish 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated 5. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers 6. Yield: 3 1/2 cups |
