Not sure which magazine I found this recipe, but I want to save it to try in the near future. Sounds super easy. Ingredients:
8 ounces wide egg noodles |
1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles in salted water for 5-8 minutes and drain well. 2. Toss hot noodles with cheese and butter in a large bowl. 3. Salt to taste and serve immediately. |
