Cheese Nip Topped Potato Casserole |

Great Kid-friendly dish. Buttery Crushed Cheese Nips really make this dish. Plus, can be put together in no time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted |
10 ounces cream of chicken soup |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 cups crushed cheese nips (or other cheese flavored crackers) |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix all of the casserole ingredients together. 3. Put into a large baking dish. 4. Mix cheese nips and 1/4 cup melted butter together. 5. Spread on top of casserole. 6. Bake for 45 minutes. |
