This recipe should be in all family cookbooks. It is very easy and filling. My kids love this! (You could also add other veggies, such as corn or sweet peas to this and wala...one dish meal!!) Ingredients:
1 cup fully cooked rice |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 cup mushroom soup |
1/2 cup chopped celery (optional) |
1/2 cup mixed mushrooms (optional) |
2 cups boiled diced chicken (could use canned chicken) |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients 2. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. 3. Let set for 5 minutes before serving. |
