A delicious cheese & mustard dip, serve with vegetable crudities or pitta bread. Ingredients:
4 1/2 ounces natural yogurt |
4 1/2 ounces full fat soft cheese |
2 scallions, chopped |
2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard |
3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl & mix together. Serve with sliced pita bread & raw vegetables. |
