1 cup skim milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 cup light cheese, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups flour
Directions:
1. mix first 3 ingredients well
2. add the remaining ones and blend until just mixed
3. bake at 200 deg cel for 15-20mins
