This recipe came from my grandmother. Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
1/2 teaspoon celery salt |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup grated cheese |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
2 ounces margarine |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, sugar and melted margarine with milk. 2. Add grated cheese, flour salt and pepper. 3. 2/3 fill deep greased patty tins and bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes. |
