If you like olives, you should really like this. Great for a quick lunch/supper. Ingredients:
1 cup ripe olives, sliced |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
paprika |
3 english muffins |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients except muffins. 2. Split muffins in half and spread generously with mixture. 3. Bake 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees until puffy. |
