Ingredients:
3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup biscuit mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb lean ground beef
Directions:
1. in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
2. crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
3. shape into 1 inch balls.
4. place 2 inches apart in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans.
5. bake at 400 degees for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
