recipe from a ground beef cookbook Ingredients:
3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup biscuit mix |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 lb lean ground beef |
Directions:
1. in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. 2. crumble beef over mixture and mix well. 3. shape into 1 inch balls. 4. place 2 inches apart in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans. 5. bake at 400 degees for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. |
