Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked regular grits |
3/4 cup butter or margarine |
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
4 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Cook grits in a medium saucepan according to package directions. Remove from heat; add butter and cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Gradually add beaten eggs. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thoroughly heated. |
