Ingredients:
1 cup grits
3 1/4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 lb butter or 1/4 lb margarine
1 (4 ounce) jar cheese whiz
1 (8 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion
Directions:
1. Combine grits, water and salt and simmer until thickened.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into greased casserole.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
