Cheese & Green Chili Beer Bread |

A quick no yeast bread! Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup canned diced green chiles |
6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, sugar, beer, cheese and chilies. 2. Pour batter into a lightly sprayed loaf pan, making sure to fill the corners. 3. Melt butter and pour over top of loaf. 4. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. |
