These low-fat French fries are tossed with a small amount of vegetable oil, topped with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and baked. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until golden. |
