This is my favorite dessert which was brought down from generations. I served this everyday in my restaurant and my patrons just loved it. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk |
2 (14 ounce) cans condensed milk |
1 cup cream |
1 cup sugar |
8 ounces cream cheese (soften) |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
6 eggs |
Directions:
1. Blend evaporated milk, 2 can of condensed milk and 6 eggs until mixed well then add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze over night. Serve with vanilla cookies. |
