gradually add 1 lb. (2 cups) dry cottage cheese |
mix into cheese mix |
1/4 cup of raisins or more if desired |
1 tsp. lemon juice |
1/2 tap. fresh grated lemon zest |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine all the above. 2. Spread over butter dribbled dough before rolling up strudels. 3. For Cookies, Kipfels, Palacinta, cut recipe in half. 4. Spoon a teaspoon full on dough before baking cookie or rolling kipfels. |
