Simple and easy. Nice when mixed with meat and spinach ravioli. Ingredients:
8 ounces ricotta cheese |
4 teaspoons parmesan cheese |
3 teaspoons minced parsley |
1 small egg |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
nutmeg, a small grating (optional) |
pasta dough |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients well and fill pasta. |
